The following terms and conditions are applicable to any exhibitor and Sponsorship purchases and agreements, and are subject to change.
Pricing & Booth Availability
- Booth spaces are venue dependent, prioritization of available booths and sizes will be based on sponsor ranking when space is limited Sponsors will be given priority for booth availability over exhibitors. If booth space cannot accommodate any exhibitors, no exhibitor spaces will be made available.
- Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Should an exhibitor already be registered for an event, they will not be removed from the event should a new sponsor wish to join and have a booth for that event.
- In order to sponsor, you must to commit to a minimum of 3 events at any sponsorship level. Prices will be calculated based on the types of events selected according to the pricing matrix.
Terms & Conditions of Exhibitor Agreement
- Rosie’s Roadshow reserves the right to decline any vendor, sponsor or exhibitor application.
- Exhibitor space is agreed with the company listed on this contract. No substitutions, pairing or sharing of
exhibitor package will be allowed without the written consent of Rosie’s Roadshow. - Rosie’s Roadshow cannot guarantee that your competitors’ booths will not be in near or close proximity during a conference/event.
- All advertisements using the Rosie’s Roadshow logo or name are subject to Rosie’s Roadshow approval.
- Rosie’s Roadshow will use best efforts to ensure that exhibitor receive the benefits as outlined in this package. Rosie’s Roadshow reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions to benefits as necessary.
- Rosie’s Roadshow reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs, change speakers, location, content or provide a virtual conference based on changes in public health restrictions.
- Exhibitors may not refer to themselves as a Conference Sponsor or an Rosie’s Roadshow Sponsor unless they have a completed 2024 Rosie’s Roadshow Annual Sponsorship contract.
Terms & Conditions of Sponsorship Agreement
- Sponsorship of Rosie’s Roadshow and events does not imply endorsement of sponsors’ products and services by Rosie’s Roadshow.
- Rosie’s Roadshow reserves the right to decline any sponsor application.
- Sponsorship is agreed with the company listed on this contract. No substitutions, pairing or sharing of sponsorship package will be allowed without the written consent of Rosie’s Roadshow.
- All sponsorship advertisments using the Rosie’s Roadshow logo or name are subject to Rosie’s Roadshow approval.
- Rosie’s Roadshow does not guarantee exclusive sponsorship unless indicated in writing by Rosie’s Roadshow. Packages may vary by sponsor.
- Rosie’s Roadshow will use best efforts to ensure that sponsors receive the benefits as outlined in this package. Rosie’s Roadshow reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions to benefits as necessary.
